Hi Sam- I've always enjoyed your videos when I was high raw and even now on Weight Watchers (with alot of fresh food). Congratulations on your success and on becoming a new father soon! THAT is the ultimate!!!! I wish you much blessed health and exciting adventures for 2009! ~Angel

Loved the quacking in the background. It was as if the bird was telling you to not take things too seriously, or else, "Hey, that's the way to go, you're on the right track there buddy!" Just kidding, but you gave me encouragement today to increase my level of raw food. I slip back to cooked food because others want it, but find it hard to eat cooked food right now. It seems disgusting, but I want to respect others. Thanks for the history of how you've kept working on it.
