This is my very first video, so if it stinks, that's why XP
Remember in the 1920's when the Depression was just getting started?? My grandfather hopped a train from North Dakota, and rode it here to Washington in the 1930's. My uncle Tom was about 4 years old when the Depression ended, him being the eldest of my father and his brothers.
This is a tribute to my Uncle Dave, who passed on many years ago.

Sure, but FDR took the "Gold Backs" he called them all in and closed the banks and put us on the silver backed dollars. Now we are backed by China and the Federal Reserve's plastic........the dollar is really just paper now.

i just want to say god forbid we ever have a depression like the one in the 1930's people were kinder then and helped each other out . i wonder what would happen if we had one today!!! GOD FORBID!!!!

Honestly, it was kinda scary. Going by what I've heard, where I live, since it rains a lot, it looked like a sad movie.
But yeah, that would be reeeally scary.
