@Serendeppity2009 sure there's some bad music theese days but the same was the case back. There's good music now too and you call Hard Rock and Heavy Metal Bad isn't different from somebody from the Rag Time area calling Jazz Bad.

It's strange. When I hear big bands on TV nowadays playing music like this it makes me cringe. But when I hear recordings of the first people to make big band jazz, it sounds awesome.

Wow, even without the rhythm section, basie can lay down a beat that'll get you moving up and down within seconds, that is how you can tell someone truly feels the music, not many of his kind left.
