AS a newbie baker, I can't tell how much evaporated milk she used~ 1 cup or 2? Any guesses anyone?

And with the ginger and cinnamon~ would you say half or one teaspoon each? Nutmeg? I have one chance at this for thanksgiving~ so I don't want to ruin it.
