I respect the Amish FAR more than I respect your stupid kid who goes to school to learn NOTHING, eats french fries and ice cream for lunch and plays video games until 3 am which leaves him a total of 3 hours of sleep before school starts. In just a few words I can explain American society. We are misaligned and poorly educated. The average American would eat turd if you put frosting on it and would believe anything as long as you put a smiling face advertisement in front of it.

I also don't have a kid. Thanks for showing your ignorance and proving that a good majority of Americans are narrowminded and rude. Why dont u actually ask some questions?  Even if the questions i asked were dumb to some people, at least i was showing an interest and not just babbling on with hateful words for no real reason.

You girls sound sweet but you need to understand this:

Please don't tape Amish people. It's disrespectful to their way of life. If people don't respect their beliefs they will not show courtesy to outsiders in return. What comes around goes around!

These Amish people seem really innocent and nice and surely we should not corrupt them due to outside influence. They seem so pure, it's refreshing to see that people like them still exist in a very impure and corrupt modern age.

@TheLilRedheadedGirl Oh, there is reason all right... We spend about 3 times as much on schools and healthcare than most other nations, but get half as much. If you agree with that math, I have a pair of old smelly shoes I'd like to sell you... As a kid, I can remember hating the concept of going to school. Wake up at 6 and get home at around 4 pm for what? A colossal waste of valuable time.
