At the beginning, when they do their "oikakete, oikakete..." I think they're saying "Aibon" and "Nono". Most H!P live acts have wotas that chant the singers' name(s).

Aibon is actually pretty slim (especially now, she lost A LOT of weight!)

In most of the their performances they are, but in some performances at different places or tv shows, the lip sync so that they can dance.
