You know that the Javelin fgm-148 also failed many lauches ^^ just look for javelin missile failed lauch.

This piece of shit missle sys is junk. There were no trg rds (cement)so each missle is / was a HE rd. No real danger though, as the warhead does not arm until the flight motor kicks in at about 40-50m. Still pretty shitty drills for even the VanDoos. Although I would have done this too probably. The missle sys has been mothballed now and no these soldiers wern't in Afghnistan they probably were in Valcartier PQ.

It has nothing to do with training, every army got that kind of problem, a broken missile or maybe it is the rocket launcher but whatever, what I mean is that it could happen to any army in the world.
