Chirau Ali Mwakwere is back. That is thanks to the latest mini-reshuffle announced by the president. Mwakwere has bounced back into the cabinet as the minister for trade. Amos Kimunya who has been holding two dockets is now left with Mwakwere's old ministry -- transport.Ministers who opposed the new constitution at the referendum have remained largely unaffected.
