well, what i saw was not failure, as the cops completed thier objective of opening the door. it was unfortunate that the cop got taken out by the door, but it did not thwart thier operation. shit, the guy did not even look like he was injured or even compirmised at all. so, maybe it should be called "police blunder" or "cop gets owned", or something like that...........you twat.........................c­heers.
