My male is currently going through puberty, he has only shown aggression once. I am expecting him to lash out more and more but luckily so far it has only been once and I had welding gloves handy! What a wonderful investment those were!

other than that one time the only thing I have noticed is that he is increasingly more hyperactive and craves my attention. literally will not calm down unless he is touching me in some way. So Clingy!!

lol at least you only have ONE to deal with i have an extreme giant who will jump at you if you open the cage and smell like food. I am glad someone out there is showing the stuff a lot of people think about before buying a tegu. 5*

she might want to get out looks like small space since shes getting huge? and yeah i see the freaking growth sprout and maybe make one one urself out of wood and stuff like a 6 by 4 by 2? only with sliding doors made from plexi glass? idk trying to help since i was almost going to buy one and that was my plan but lost of food l0l

That definitely looked more aggressive than defensive :( Do you think it could have something to do with her being frustrated with such a a tiny enclosure?
