@kwaideep 浸水或者放雪櫃10-15分鐘就得, 不過唔好放雪櫃太耐, 因為洋蔥好易吸細菌, 而雪櫃亦都係一個比較多細菌既地方, 所以除非你想用個洋蔥黎幫雪櫃吸細菌唔用黎食, 如果唔係就唔好放咁耐.

D不锈鋼既野(最好唔係你把刀啦),响暖水下面同對手摩擦一下, 好似用佢唻洗手咁,對手上面D味會無晒架!唔會"那"眼添~呢個 方法好work架,我次次切完呢類野都咁洗手,好得架~ -

唔想喊的話, 放洋蔥入雪櫃雪, 用先拿一舊出來, 快快切就無事, 但記得, 刀要乾身, 否則都會令你喊
