I love to work out barefoot at home. To me, it gives a natural and stable connection to the ground. At the gym i use the five finger shoes. I achieve natural posture and keep cooties from my feet. Also, they're great for running.

what's wrong with lifting barefoot? he's obviously not gonna drop the bar on his feet. it would be nice to have an elevated heel though.
