The first Wiki Cap drop ever

This is Pilk. He is a bureaucrat of the Official Team Fortress Wiki.
He was given access to an API call to drop hats to a given Steam ID. Robin asked him to test it on himself first. He did so in front of us (other Wiki staff).

Wait so, the wikicap drop system is litlarly just telling steam or whatever to "gib: steamid wikicap". who has controll of the wikicap drops these days?#

@DatHarry Yes, that's what it is. There's a whole voting process among all the Wiki staff that goes on before we do that though.

@WindyPower Seems like an efficient way of dealing with it, I always though that after the wiki guys had granted a person the cap an email would be sent to robin or something like that, but I suppose that would pretty much mean double the work for the already busy tf team over at valve.

@DatHarry About one email from the Wiki staff in 6 (that's one email every 3 months or so) gets a reply from Valve, from my experience. If we had to go through them to drop Wiki Caps, it would take a while.
