Part II. Here's a short sequence using an Analogue Systems rs95 oscillator, pulse out, into the rs100 low pass filter into the Metasonix r51 vacuum tube Distortion/VCA and finally into the SubDecay Noisebox.

The Noisebox sounds gooood! It certainly spiced up this otherwise plain sounding sequence!

  • 0:40 = 303 style :P

  • Definitely; it's great for making cheap synths sound nastier, and the filter is great.

Weird, my Noise Box has different knobs - larger, metal, and hard to turn and see the position of. I like those black ones better.

  • This thing can make a synth even more synthy - very cool! It's great to be able to change your synth's sounds without having to adjust the paramenters on the synth. And you won't have to pay a fortune for an overpriced and oversized rack unit. All in an affordable - actually, underpriced - little box. Subdecay does it again; they're showing the big boys how it's done! I have their Quasar phaser - it's awesome!

  • crack my nerves ...

  • Very very cool, I've always wanted to try one of these. I'm gonna have to fins a shop that carries it. Thanks for the semo.
