That's the reason why Thai DVD should not include English subtitle.

@SahaMongkolMedia Thai movies and music never get popular outside Thailand without people as username "copenlee" "CatMatdz" and others who do subtitled to foreigner who interested in Thai movies or music without get any money back.

You should thank you and write politely whit them to stop do this and keep your work on. because it's not his fault, people can find torrent download link outside YouTube anyway suddenly DVD's released.

The ones who did the Eng Sub in the youtube, we did it for anyones who didn't know Thai language so that they could understand the movies. That's all.

' We have "NEVER" done the Eng Sub for our own comercial purposes.

so how can it be infringing ?

Most importantly, when the foreigns can understand the movie and love the movie, then the one who will benifit from it is the film company and the Thai movie industry as a whole.

Look at the example of "Crazy little thing called love"..

When the movie CLTCL has boomed, then the Sahamongkol Company can sell the movies that Mario played to many countries.

(Recently sold 6 mario movies to the Philippines)

We're not the ones who get any benifit from it.

Only we want is " to see Thai movie industry internationally grows "

That's all the reasons we've been doing.

So THINK IT PROPERLY, and don't ever throw the word " infringing " to us !

In every Languages have their own idiom and slang....

At 0.48 - The one, who did this Eng Sub, used the phrase "Such A moron" for "แม่งติสแดก" is quite an okay for me because it was a Thai slang, so it quite hard to translate it into other language for 100 % like the normal phrase.

And even "Such A moron" was not a 100 % the correct meaning of "แม่งติสแดก" but it was the nearest meaning that it could be.

Many Thais jerk always come for debates and show how good of their English without do anything by their own. Can any Thai people translate at 0:48 that she said "แม่งติสแดก" into English?

Such an abstract words that only Thais can get it.
