This is a great video - Having owned a ps3 60gb since launch,ive recently bought a slim 320gb - The bootup time is noticably slower on the new slim,as is some functions of the XMB (themes etc) ..Both my 60gb and slim have indentical firmware (4.00) and ive tried the same hard-drive in the slim as well as the 60gb -The slim is slower ..Havent noticed any major issues in game as of yet - But this video sort of put my mind at rest,because are feared i'd got a faulty machine.

Unfair comparison on the grounds that they are running different firmware versions, you can compare firmware versions and hardware editions, but not at the same time.
