Justin is upset because he finds out that Andrew is going to Rhode Island to live with his grand parents.

Justin tells Bree that he loves Andrew, which Bree doesn't understand, but Bree sees a way to keep Andrew at home with Justin's help.

This is the last time we see Justin during season 2 and 3
