Okay, on Wiki it say the video has two point of views: the Couple on the ground and in real life. So on the ground the couple has just gotten in a car accident, and are re-enacting how they've met, when in real life, they're dead. They meet when the girl drops her scarf and the man gives it to her, then later she writes on a piece of paper that she's was cheating, and they get back together in the end. And Adele sings. I hope that helps.
