@reedbasnett A XR400 can absolutely do it. I do this hill all the time on mine. Start in third and have to downshift into 2nd towards the top but it's not too bad.

@67mach1 it in phelan california on top of the moutain ridge thing. its a fun hill but right now its pretty easy. go in the middle of the summer when the sand is loose and dry as hell then its a bit tricky. =)
