I didn't have a medicine ball, dumbbell, or a can of beans for the diagonal pass, so I tried to use my cat. It didn't end well. I'll save this video for another time.

But I can tell you right now 5'10 and 200lbs you are most likely above the 6% - 10% body fat required to see abs.

Go to a physician and have your body fat content measured. You need to have about 10% body fat only before you will start to see your abs. Also, use weighted training for abs, like any muscle, they become 'ripped' with weighted training
