Troy Sunderland toying with me (1986)

Penn State wrestling coach Troy Sunderland toying with me in a high school match at Mt. Union, his alma mater. He went on to win states in 1987 and 1988. He was much smaller in this lower weight class in 1986.

I wrestled him many times in our elementary years too. I believe I never beat him. Maybe that's why I appear so scared in this clip.

Sorry for the poor quality. And, my dad was running the camera while also squirming in the process. Furthermore, the video ends abruptly sometime in the 3rd period. Not that great of footage, but a nice flashback to say the least.

I wrestled for Tyrone.
