It's was 1st seen in 1776, and again in 1861 when we Confderates rebelled against the union who no longer represented the ideals of our founding fathers. But fortunately the people are learning the truth. awakening, and regaining their true American spirit of defiance. Well alot of neo-liberals try to say that the 2nd amendment only refers to militias being able to own guns, but personally I believe that the constitution isn't open to interpretation. So the 2nd amendment means that we all have the right to keep and bear arms, and I believe thats what our founding fathers intended too.
