Fello is Andi Otto's own instrument development between cello and computer. It extends the cello bow with sensors. The arm movements interact with the audio software directly, processing the live cello input.

This is the official opening of Villa Kamogawa in Kyoto on October 26, 2011. It is the first Artist In Residence space which is founded by the German Goethe-Institut in the world. Among the honorary guests were Bundespräsident Christian Wulff, Kyoto's mayor Daisaku Kadokawa and Klaus-Dieter Lehmann, President of the Goethe-Institut. Andi Otto contributed a Fello Session to the celebration. Footage shot live on stage by co-artist in residence Nina Fischer. www.andiotto.com
