** ADOPTION PENDING! **
Jethro came to us in early 2010 as a starvation case from Garrett County. He ranked at a 1.5 out of 9 on the Henneke Body Condition Scale and was completely feral. He has now fully recovered and has warmed up to people. We have been working with him on basic ground manners and round pen work. He lunges w/t/c and we have sacked him out to a saddle and girth. We will be starting under saddle work soon. Jethro needs an advanced handler; one who can continue his training.

I know these types of comments might be irritating since they are not helpful really..but he seems so gorgeous. If I were to buy a horse, it would have to be a rescue--the pony who I event sucessfully is a paso fino rescue that I did most of the training with...and well, I think that rescues can turn out to be way better than fancy pedigrees and I hope he goes to a wonderful home, I just wish it could be me !

@horsequeen4life He's been backed and just walked three steps forward yesterday. Other than that, he knows nothing...yet. :)
