still first capital of Russia was Kiev. that's correct. so what? then the capital moved to central Russia to Vladimir, Suzdal', and Kiev became just a regional centre. finally Moscow became the capital of Russia. that's our history and it shows that division into russians and ukrainians and belorussians was in fact due to tragic historic events. in fact, they are pretty much the same nation.
