The ideas are great, but I'm not sure it's all "in the pocket". All of the eighth notes off the quarter note triplet and sixteenth note lines in the world won't help you if they don't swing.

@TrinkBruder Well put…I appreciate your observation - "jazz music is dying because of endless jam sessions w/o arranging"…Arranging is so essential and so powerful…arranging takes music composition and performance from exercises in aimless meandering, which inevitably lead to stagnancy, to a beautiful art form where an intelligent statement is made…
