A short 15 min. preview of a 2 1/2 hr. "Cincinnati Legendary Black documentary". Created by Mr Keith Little, founder and CEO of CULAN Inc. (Cincinnati's United Local Artists Network Inc.) www.culan.org
I Truly enjoyed this documentary because I grew up listening to quartets and attended many concerts in my life. I've known many artists in my lifetime and continue to be a part of the gospel music scene. Thanks Mr. Little, God Bless You!
At the risk of looking like a fool, I have heard this gospel. I grew up listening to it. I had a friend who would take me to her church back in the 60's and I got to hear a much more primitive gospel than any you have here. I made my comment before I got to the end of the movie clip. I got to hear the Singing Master Men, The Silvertone Gospel Singers, and The Cincinnatians. I took every chance I could to hear this type music. This is what I heard and love.Great clip!
Keith, this looks like a very strong, interesting movie. I consider Cincinnati my home though I have moved around so often. I don't know this type of Gospel. I'd like to see the entire movie. I wasn't aware of this and appreciate knowing more about my 'adopted' city. I hope lots show up for the showing tonight. I hear lots of great music from your Preview. Thank you for posting this.
