as a scot, I can say it's sell-tick. But I don't know why!!! - It is only the football team that is pronounced that way. In regards to Celtic, as in the Irish/Scottish historic clans etc. then it is pronounced "keltick"

In any case, Hearts are a much more favourable team :P

As a native UK speaker the football team is pronounced sell-tick I'm pretty sure.
