VATSIM vs. Reality: Prague-Ruzyně ATIS

One little detail to show how realistic VATSIM actually is. VATSIM stands for Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network. A network full of people with a dream: being a pilot or air traffic controller. With VATSIM we can realize this as we use real world procedures for both the pilot and the air traffic controller. The Air Traffic Controllers communicate with the pilots and guide the pilot through the air and on the ground.

With VATSIM you'll get the most realistic experience you can ever get with your Flight Simulator. Even real-world pilots use this network if they aren't flying in real! Yes, it's hard to start on Vatsim. But people will help you through the startup process and in the end you're happy you began flying on VATSIM!

We need more controllers and pilots. Especially in Europe. I know there are many Flight Simmers who still fly offline. Join the fun, join VATSIM!

I've flown Vatsim before but because of my shift pattern I haven't been on there for a while and find it hard to get back into, the only time I really fly is during the day but there never used to many controllers around then so it was a little quiet and that's another reason for stopping, I would still recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the video :)

@Keemoosabi899 Thanks for watching! That's indeed a negative side of it. Most controllers are online in the evening and in the afternoon only some pilots and little ATC. Maybe you can try to fly in other timezones/continents. But hey, if Vatsim gets busier, maybe we can even get ATC during daytime :D
