Presently I work at a hosptial. We have about 80 long term residents, and acute care which runs around 10-15. Plus employees and visitors eat there. I am now doing the catering, and I bake, do the desserts, salad bar, and cater parties (we have different groups which come to our conference rooms).
I filmed this right after I got my camera, and it was weird walking around and talking sans script! Then, I was the evening cook.
