3 flights of the ELF DLG, first day out flying this one, superb airplane, very light, easy to get used to. Incidentally, this was the 3rd day of DLG'ing, new to this part of the hobby, great fun.

The model has a 1 meter span, and is produced by Vladimir's Models. This was ordered online from www.hyperflight.co.uk (exceptional service from these guys). AUW was 104 grams, a bit heavy since we're using heavy equipment for the time being.
This was assembled by Skysailor51 in Dubai, UAE and was flown at the Nad Al Sheba.

Sorry about the quality of the video, it'll be better next time!

The audio on the track is by Stephen Stills and called Treetop Flyer (no copyright infringement intended).

  • Sorry Paul. Wasn't able to visit this site earlier. I later replaced the servos with D-47s due to their superior centering. Using a Assan 4 Ch Rx without problems with the little pig-tail antenna sticking out canopy. Power is from a Shred pack again purchased from Hyperflight.

  • Hi again, please ignore my query, I see the answers on your title page.

  • Hi from sunny Doha. This looks like great fun and a nice little bird. Great choice of music, havent heard Still for ages. I am about to order an ELF (maybe 2 because of the shipping cost) from Hyperflight, what electronics are you using?
