  • @tlyles1234 Lightens and strenghtens the barrel, helps for cooling too.

  • @tlyles1234 They are there to help with cooling the barrel. More surface area means that heat will disperse faster, keeping your barrel cooler.

  • do the lil potholes in the barrel mean anything or is it for looks

  • can you get one of these? i want one so bad!!

  • 2:08 the music gets awesome. But not nearly as awesome as the weapon

  • @jubinizzle 5.56 can pierce armour, but thats not the point. the kac pdw is designed for no offensive roles, so operators can have a smaller lighter gun which can still reach out to 300m(100m more than a p90). the round designed to work best in a shorter barrel length(like the 5.7 is) but can still match the power of the 5.56. the mags wouldn't be an issue, as most mag piuches are modular and can be adjusted for differenct length mags. its not mean to replace the m4, just be its shorter brother.

  • @wildernesskid40k It's not a whole lot smaller. I don't know exact specifics, but the 6.0x35mm round is slightly less potent out of a 10" barrel than a 5.56mm 77gr OTM round is going to be out of a 8" barrel. The shorter over all length does allow you to shrink the action down, however. I still think that 6.8 SPC is the end all, be all out of short barrels. It packs a hell of a wallop and it's accurate to 500m, with longer barrels of course.

  • @vampire847 no problem

  • @wildernesskid40k holy shit i didn't even notice my .225 typo! thanks for the catch there!!!

  • sorry just a quick spell check here its .223 just sayin. and i was reading the convo you guys were having its pretty nice and as well would love to have the m110 or pdw and the pdw is in 6x35 because it gives somewhere around the same ballistic power possibly more than the 5.56 NATO and is much smaller
