@KristinDaie you don't neccicarily have to loose a tonne of energy and strength while loosing weight. you just have to be carefull - I could explain better but it would be too long for this post.:)
Wow she's amazing! she should have scored much higher except for the slight mistake and not finishing on time. waaay better than the commonwealth games. British RG is improving!
You can, but it's still easier to jump n to do some elements when u r skinny. Howewer, u lose a lot of energy n strength, while losing weight. I personally think it's easier to do RG when u r skinny)
