Well good, I think you might like the hike better after you have done it for a while. You get a rhythm going with a hiked clean and you also keep loaded a little better I think, it will also work the grip a little harder. Plus if you ever decide to go to the RKC it is the way we do it. :-) Great job by the way, your form looks excellent, you can see the constant improvement over time in your video.

I am curious why you choose the dead clean instead of the hike clean?

@ShuriteKempo That is the same question the RKC asked when I met him :o) I learned the dead clean doing AOS's workouts and preferred it to the hike, but I am restarting ETK with the hike next month.
