Proponents of spending $64.7 million to address a $10 million problem go to any length to make their case. When the truth is stretched on one or more points, it undermines the proponents credibility on every point. Here two proponents attempt to convive people that Morgan is in jeopardy of lossing its accreditation and that the state will not reimburse for any construction short of renovate as new. Both, clearly myths designed to sell an unnecessarily expensive project to solve a small problem.
