ha ha I can't believe it took 80 comments for this question. The "shit toothpaste" question arose from an inside joke within his camp. His PR guy (I had never met either of them before the interview) told me I should ask him this first. I then had a decision to make: should I ask the big, badass man, who could beat me to death without breaking a sweat, about his oral hygiene, or not? I felt the general public needed to know, and he was kind enough to NOT beat the snot out of me at that point.
