@LosKurto Heya, good to see you already know what you want to do in the future :)
In my video you'll learn a lot about "how can I model in this situation?". After you're done modeling I'll also be showing some nice basic techniques how to UV map the model and make a texture for it.
It surely will be helpful :) I'm also sure if you watch multiple videos like those you'll get the hang of techniques like which is better at a certain point/situation.
Good luck modeling! ;)

2:50 how did you made that hole?

@mrtepaliukas U usually use inset on the end of the cylinder, then extrude it to the inside.
But here the cylinder was a *beep* so I deleted the top and back poly and used the Shell modifier, which worked too as you can see :)

Not bad, but the model lacks detail and you have some bad habits with edge loops, right at the beginning when you made the back of the AK your control loops were not lining up eith eachother and you were leaving vertices floating, this will cause smoothing problems for you but you seemed to skip that.

@Livewire1234 Good eye. And yes, you're totally right on that ;) Fortunately I was able to re-do that parts later and managed to fix it :)
