'Don't blame Russia' - Saakashvili tells Georgians

Mikhail Saakashvili, who stepped down as Georgia's president on Sunday, says Russia is not the cause of chaos in his country. At the start of his campaign for re-election, Saakashvili said police were right to break up peaceful demonstrations in Tbilisi earlier this month. His comments came as the official presidential campaign began.
