The following is an interview with Andrew Mardesich and Janet Gunter, advocates of a study that can institutionalize the principle of long-term prosperity-sharing with the community, rather than fighting over crumbs. They were two of the three original China Shipping lawsuit plaintiffs from the community, along with Noel Park. That lawsuit produced the mitigation fund in the first place. Both insist that the study they propose should have been the first thing funded, five years ago. Though this is only a 10 min video, there is still an additional six minutes of interview footage that will made available depending on demand.
