"Thank you.' demi said shyly shaking his hand.
"well, down to business. Your aunt will be your trustee, manager and your guardian. However your parents are legally your guardian since you are under age. but it is your choice." He explained, they were in his office looking at papers.
"i would like my aunt to be in charge of this." Demi said softly, He nodded in understanding, her aunt had told him what had happened.
'That's fine, as long as your prepared to maybe have legal issues of this and probably go to court." He said looking at her closely.
"I'm prepared for that." Demi replied softly.
"Wonderful, alright you two are all set. I'll see you at the recording studio tomorrow at 9am." He announced, Demi grinned excitedly.

**Dani and Kevin'**

"Kevin, don't you think you were a little harsh on Joe?" Dani asked softly as they laid in bed.
"Dani, Joe loves Demi I know it." Kevin said softly, "i just want him to realize his mistake.' Dani sighed resting her head on his shoulder.
"I know, I just don't want this to cause problems between you two." She said softly, he smiled down at her and kissed her gently.
"It won't." he said confidently.

**next day**

"are you excited?" Riley asked smiling at Demi they were driving to the recording studio.
"Oh yes Auntie, thank you so much." Demi gushed excitedly trying not to bounce in her seat.
"Wonderful, I have a surprise for you there as well." Riley grinned, they pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car.
"Thanks, Auntie. I'll call you when I'm done." Demi said grinning, riley rolled her eyes and followed her into the building.
"We're in this together little one." Riley announced, Demi smiled but stopped when she saw Joe.
'Hey look, its Demi." Nick said softly, Kevin looked over surprised, Joe went still in disbelief and glanced over ignoring the excitement he felt.
"Demi, right this way please." A man called out from a room, they watched confused as she smiled slightly at them and slipped into the room the door shutting and locking behind her.
"I wonder what's going on." Kevin said softly, the other two shrugged and went into the room next to Demi and began to record their next cd.
"Alright Demi, are you ready?" Kyle asked, he was the sound man and smiled at her.
"yes, I am." she said grinning excitedly.
"Alright go ahead." He said, she sat at the piano and began to play.

"i'll be right back boys." The Jonas' manager announced, they nodded absently, he left and knocked next door.
"Hello," Kyle said, Demi had finished and he opened the door letting the other man in.
"Hey, I just had to meet this girl, she has an amazing voice." He explained, Demi looked up and winced when she recognized him.
"Hello," Demi said softly and smiled at him.
"hello, there young lady. I must say that you have an extraordinary voice." he said shaking her hand.
"Thank you." Demi replied blushing slightly.
"I have an idea that I would like to run past you.' He said suddenly, he motioned her to follow him outside of the room, glancing at Kyle curiously, he nodded and she left sighing.
"Whats the idea?" Demi asked curiously.
"I was thinking that doing a duet with the Jonas Brothers would jump start your career incredably." he explained, Demi sighed slightly.
"no thank you.' She said softly turning to go back into the room.
"hold on there, don't be too hasty.' He said quickly, the thought of helping to launch the career of a rising artist was a great opportunity for them.
"I'm sorry, but my answer is no.' She said firmly, withought saying anything else she turned and went back into the room shutting the door.
"ungrateful welp." he muttered, sighing he went back to the brothers and told them what had happened.
"wait you mean she's hear to do an album?" Nick asked confused, he nodded in response.
