that is done in tn all the dam time in fact there is a video that someone posted on youtube about tn cops getting caught doing just that.and the old stand by when a cop says he [hit] me when the camera was off is getting old in federal courts but cops are trying people in the streets instead of the courts ,tn police[fop] is trying to get a law passed that let police try the dependents by police officers they want to call it a POLICE TRIBUNAL i might be wrong but the Nazis had that same thing
