Want abs like Rocky? This abdominal workout is inspired by the hardcore training that Sylvester Stallone goes through to get his abs of steel. This Rocky abs workout is performed by the #1 Personal Trainer in La Jolla, Ray Wetterlund 3.

These Rocky exercises can be utilized with anyone. Ray 3 creates the most effective ab training program to complement the exercises utilized by SLY in the Rocky films.

Remember, proper nutrition, exercise and cardiovascular conditioning are the 3 keys to seeing those defined 6 pack abs. Combine this AB DOMINATING routine with the right foods/SUPER FOODS and high intensity interval training and you will get those beach body abs in no time!

  • Gotta love those dragon flags. Ever try with a medicine ball between your ankles? That's ab murdering. Great vid overall!

  • Thanks for the feedback. I honestly haven't tried with a med. ball but I definitely will give it a go! They are intense and definitely thrown into my workouts.

  • Really appreciate the love. Thanks for the feedback guys!

  • @CrumpKid2k You don't use weights to do your abbs. Well, you can but it's all about pulling your own body weight, or such

  • pretty bad ass routine man! def will have to throw some of these at my advanced clients

  • Im 11 , and im tryin to get abs , buti dont have ay weights , what do i do?????

  • man, i saw rocky on t.v. the other day and was like "uff it" im bout to go find his workout, and lo and behold this helped.

  • dude this is Awesome! Thanks for putting this up

  • one of the best damn ROCKY tributes I ever seen....

  • Good job Ray! Nice video, some nice exercises ill try out there! Keep it real!

  • Hi Mary, there are a ton of ways to challenge yourself from home. I would start out with some DB's, bands, a stability ball and maybe even a TRX. This way you will be able to vary your routine and incorporate muscular strength/endurance exercises. If not feasible, a ton of body weight exercises to be had!
