It's the Final Day of the 12 Days of Fitness challenge and today's exercise is ski squatting!! A great toning exercise for the thighs and bum and also a great strength & conditioning exercise for athletes. Anyone can do this exercise, anywhere you just need a wall to lean against. It's really simple so give it a go and award yourself with 1 point when you've done 45-60 seconds. Remember, you get a point for every time you do the video exercise, 5 points for low intensity activity and 10 points for a high intensity workout.
