Will it work even though I never played the game before? Like it will be my first time trying the hack, and now I gotta find the red rom. Does it have to be called Clean Red or it could be any red version? Sorry for sounding like a noob. :(

all i did was get pokemon brown from pokecommunity(dot)com and then pokemon red from doperoms put them both in my vba game file used lunar ips then got pokemon brown
