@RikkiGaga She may not did that intentionally.Everyone has that bad mood moments that overcomes you when you have all the stress and all the world at your head. Sometimes all this is crashing down in the same time on you and you don't wont anymore attention or anything but to be left alone to recover.So what Fran did isn't nice but I'm sure it wasn't cause she's usually rude.I hope she realized her mistakes and if some situation like that happens again,she will correct herself :)
