Nightline's Vicki Mabrey takes a heart-wrenching look at one family's struggle to fight foreclosure. Hard times, from job loss to medical bills, ultimately got the best of them, and the mortgage company was not inclined to help. This is a story of an average American family's battle to stop the foreclosure process.
An "appointment with god",,,,,,shit that as good as nothing. Asking "GOD" for help, makes as much sense as doing a rain dance when you need water in the middle of a drought.

My life is crammed in a 10x10 storage unit and now I live in my in law's basement with my family. No job, no health insurance nothing. We were not bad people. My wife was an airline pilot and I worked as an auto mechanic. We only had a two bedroom town house. We never owned a home and never will the way things are going. We have no dreams and no hope. I don't like waking up any more.

If the people coming to foreclose on you are not the people you originated your loan with, it's possible you're dealing with a "pretender lender".
How can a "imposter" act on behalf of what they can't prove they own?
If you don't have a "reciept" for that TV you purchased can you get your money back?
You don't need a law degree if you can add and subtract.
