Amazes me that people can't see the prophecy of Jeremiah 10. It's not a stretch. It is written, what we call or think is new, it's already been done. It may not have been called "Christmas" thousands of years ago, but just as all the other pagan holidays were rewrapped and labeled with new names, they are still days to bow and honor Satan. Wake Up & Repent Folks, time to stop playing these stupid games, it's about to get real serious.

@davnxs More importantly because He lives, we too will live again. I am grateful for the angels who announced his birth and for those who recorded it for me to know and honor it. I am even more grateful for the angel at the tomb who declared to Mary that He lives. He does live and we too will. Both days are celebrated and honored in my family for the right reason. Believers of Christ should not get so angry at one another I honor Him for his birth, life, death, and resurrection.

I like the Jeremiah Films videos but to use Jer. Ch 10 to try and see a Christmas tree is really stretching it. It's talking about an idol carved from a tree by a craftsman and laid over with gold (a common practice for poorer people).

xmas is nothing more than paganism
I know what Christmas means to me and my family today. We celebrate the birth of the Savior and reflect on how we can help others more fully through the next year. To end that would be wrong. I think many people are too focused on what others are doing or have done in the past. It is what you make of it.

@kaaawachris Part 1. Well, considering what Christ himself told us, “to not remember his birth, but rather remember his death”. Just how do you think he is going to feel about what we have done? We have taken a pagan day which has nothing to do with his birthday and then call it his birthday.

@davnxs Part 2. On top of that, the day he did ask us to remember, we paganize it by calling it Easter, (from the fertility goddess Ishtar) and hide Easter eggs, and give Easter bunnies, all to do with fertility and nothing to do with Christ death. How would you feel?

.this is just such a disgusting evil day. It is a slap in Christ's face, in God's face and it is horrid. I don't know how Christians justify it AT ALL. I don't care if people don't know ANY of this..the entire day is based on a lie and EVERYONE admits it. You know what? Grace is NOT a license to sin..WORSHIP IN TRUTH. Satan is a beautiful light too. Enough said.

@giddymoon It’s no wonder that things are getting the way they are today. We are teaching our children that deception is OK. It’s not the day Christ was born, and there is no Santa, and eventually they realize the truth and so think deception is OK. But it’s not OK! I believe it’s going to be the downfall of our civilization because now people tolerate deception from our leaders. We should never tolerate deception and remember, it’s going to be the father of deception that fools us.

@grannygrunt1000 Truth be, that Christmas is probable the biggest disservice we do to our society and in the end, to our self’s. You see, we are all taught as children that deception is OK, and lying is OK. If you tell your children its Christ birthday, or that Santa brings you gifts, eventually they learn the truth. They grow up thinking, deception is OK, and lying is OK. It explains why our politicians are still in office when they should be in jail, doesn’t it?
