  • In response to your comment about us "adding zero's", you're quite right, it is our job as estate agents to get the most amount of money for our client (the seller). That's what we're paid for. However, we don't advocate massive price rises as it doesn't help anyone long term. I'm not sure how your comment about cheap labour fits in, but thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. Regards, Peter Rollings

  • Love it Peter, you're my Estate Agent hero, you have honesty, integrity, pride, ethics and respect. You should regulate the market, I vote for Peter!

  • you are clearly an idiot, the phrase you are looking for is "a lot", not "alot". retard.

  • Who done your video, its really poor hope you didnt pay alot for someone to do this for you

  • Its those damn agents putting the house prices sky high at a time like this. Remember building an extra floor can be done easily, there are builders out there who are willing to do the job for a really good price, decorators plenty of them out side B&Q waiting for jobs. So its definitely the Estate Agents adding zeros at the end of the figures.
