  • The Diamond Sutra seems to be very hard to find without someone making jokes or giving a long speech before it, but this one was fast to get straight to it. Thank you for that.

    I'm curious though.

It is hard to focus on the words with the song in the background, but only because I recognize it as Le baiser from Deep Forest and associate it with the Pacifique album. I recall hearing that the album was made for a movie and I wonder if this is part of it or just something you added?

  • focusing through the distractions is an important accomplishment

this was fabricated several years ago, using the Stephen Mitchel's "The Enlightened Mind" to which eye added Deep Forest

  • Blessed are those who heard the Diamond Sutra !

May you all be blessed, hearing this.

  • Indeed this is a wonderful truth, it is a subset of the Lotus Sutra. It is the crystalline Truth - the easier and more straightforward aspect of the full teaching. It is a great introduction, The Lotus Sutra will complete the teaching until there is no more teaching. Particularly chapter 16.

All the words of the Tathagata are the golden Truth, one continuum of teaching that becomes no teaching once you attain Anuttara Samyak Sambodhi. Yet we must teach it still while the ignorance remains Nam.

  • Thank you, bpjammin, for the gift of the Dharma ,it helps me to understand the teaching of "the emptiness of self".

  • very well read!!! Its beautufully read.

  • The Diamond Sutra is so beautiful once you start to understand it...
