  • this is so helpful!! thanks much for sharing.

  • that's the best cure.

  • Don't forget to detox the cells, the body with fruits and juiced greens to detox/cleasne and strengthen your body.

  • @gphx do you find that wanking helps relieve your diabetes????

  • @Mekelsior You're preaching to the choir. I'm a low carbing ketogenic eater. Weight bg and bp now all normal. Doesn't mean I could go back to eating a typical American diet without suffering consequences which is why I say 'cessation of symptoms' rather than 'cure'. I have an undxed AI disease eating glands that make tears, saliva, and insulin. I'm not the only T2 losing beta cells.

  • @adrianator2000 So you want a pill rather than stop hurting your body? Yikes bro :) stop causing the injury and your body will cure itself. :)

  • @gphx If you stop damaging your body by eliminating fat so that your cells can process the sugars then your type 2 diabetes will reverse by itself. Type 1 diabetes is where the beta cells are dead, type 2 they function but there is no place for the insulin to put the sugar due to the fats. So cut the fat, eat more starch and also fruit and walk. Check out Dr Barnard, Dr McDougall, Jeff Novick. And the Starch Solution! <3

  • @adrianator2000 Is that a good sugar level 80-90?

  • @adrianator2000 In my opinion you have it right. Too bad the 'doctor' doesn't.

  • I don't have any respect for anyone who speaks of a 'cure' for Type 2 diabetes. There is no cure, only a cessation of symptoms. People who resume typical American behavior after a period of modification will see a resumption of their symptoms. Nothing has been proven to regrow pancreatic beta cells. This is not to say diet and exercise don't reverse diabetes 'symptoms'. In my experience they most certainly do but a relative lack of symptoms doesn't mean I'm 'cured'.
